Retail Operations Associate

180 the Store, a 5,000-square-foot luxury retail/lifestyle store/gallery located in Tribeca and The Hamptons, seeks a Part-Time experienced, detail-oriented, professional RETAIL OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE to help manage the New York and Hamptons store. The position will work directly with the CEO and Accountant to assist in managing the business's day-to-day operations and ensure that company procedures are followed.The qualified individual must have in-depth work knowledge of Shopify and experience in the fashion and luxury market. They must have outstanding communication skills and be extremely organized and detail-oriented. This position will oversee all operational aspects of the store and shipments. This position will also be responsible for ordering supplies, entering store stock, working directly with designers/artists, managing all shipments, conducting employee orientation, and overseeing inventory management.RESPONSIBILITIES:Work directly with the CEO and manage the day-to-day operations of the companyEnter all shipments into our Shopify POS systemUpdate website and e-commerceOversee all in-store eventsOversee photoshoots for e-commerceArrange transfer of merchandise between storesEnsure that the sales floor is restocked and that the stockroom is organized and maintainedFollowing up on all shipments and special orders by customersAddress daily customer email inquiriesManage and update the 180 the Store manual and procedures.Manage and oversee all opening and closing procedures and ensure that they are followed through dailyConduct monthly inventoryMaintaining google sheet “180 sales day by day” for daily and monthly,Organize and manage orders by designer placed each seasonREQUIREMENTSMust have 3 to 4 years of Accounting experience within the Fashion Retail Industry.Must be proficient with Shopify Must have strong communication skillsOnly qualified Applicants should apply with a cover letter and resume to [email protected]
