As a Windsor Retail Operations Assistant Manager, you play a crucial role in our store leadership team. You work alongside your Store Manager to achieve productivity goals related to sales, inventory control, payroll, and expenses. Your leadership will motivate a team of passionate Stylists, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity.

What you do:

Sales Growth: Drive sales to secure the store's success. As the Host of the Party, you foster brand loyalty by providing an exceptional omni-channel experience to all customers. You offer strategic feedback to maximize results and enhance brand value.Talent Acquisition: Assist the Store Manager in identifying and recruiting top talent. You continuously expand your network to maintain a robust talent pool, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that contributes to retention goals.Operational Excellence: You embrace the motto of 'right people, right place, right time.' With meticulous planning and organization, you oversee daily operations and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.Leadership Development: Partner with the Store Manager to facilitate team training, leading by example and fostering an environment of continuous improvement through recognition, coaching, and effective use of company tools.Integrity and Compliance: Uphold Windsor's policies and procedures, demonstrating that doing the right thing is a priority.Store Presentation: Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement the Windsor Merchandising Directive, ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing while making informed merchandising decisions.Cultural Champion: Embody and promote Windsor values in every action, driving a culture of respect, care, ownership, and personal commitment.What makes you stand out:

At least 1 year of retail management experience.Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.Quick thinking, adept at resolving customer and associate issues.Effective communication skills, both in groups and one-on-one.Open to feedback and committed to ongoing improvement.Flexible and dependable schedule, including availability for store opening and closing.What else you'll love:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and pushing are required. Must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. The role involves accessing all areas of the store, operating necessary equipment, climbing ladders, handling merchandise (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds), and working varied hours/days to manage store operations. The environment is fast-paced with variable indoor temperatures.
