Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills and professional fluency in English.Previous experience in customer service and a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and standard retail software applications.Proficiency in performing fundamental mathematical calculations typical in a retail setting.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.Physical ability to stand and move for the duration of a shift, including bending, lifting over 25 lbs, and using store equipment like ladders and pallet jacks.Benefits:

Serve as the Manager on Duty, overseeing store opening/closing procedures and general floor supervision.Prioritize a safe and secure environment by monitoring the sales floor, testing fire alarms, and managing building security protocols.Lead front-end operations by coaching associates on registers, managing customer lines, and ensuring efficient service.Oversee general merchandising standards, including the processing of new shipments, markdowns, and department recovery.Manage loss prevention initiatives by maintaining high visibility, conducting package inspections, and safeguarding company assets.Maintain fitting room cleanliness and ensure all returned merchandise is properly scanned, tagged, and re-placed on the floor.Handle administrative tasks such as payroll administration, employee scheduling compliance, and cash office deposits.Represent the Ross brand through professional conduct and by ensuring associates adhere to the company dress code.
