Our Fayetteville Uptown Cheapskate is open and growing fast — and we're looking to add full-time retail professionals to the team that's already building what this store feels like every day. This is a full-time role for someone who wants a real retail career, not just a shift. We're not able to accommodate part-time schedules for this position, and reliable availability on weekends and mornings is a must.

Uptown Cheapskate is a modern buy-sell-trade fashion store — think curated boutique, not chaotic thrift. We carry thousands of mall and luxury brands at up to 80% off retail, and we pay people cash the same day they bring clothes in. No listings, no waiting, no hassle. Secondhand done right.

What you'll do

Evaluate incoming clothing and accessories — condition, brand, style, demand — and make fast, confident decisions about what we accept and why
Price items using our buying system, consistently and fairly
Have real conversations with the people selling to us, including the ones who don't love the answer they get
Keep the floor merchandised, signed, and shopper-ready — the kind of "sharp" that customers notice without knowing why
Contribute to social media content
Help build the habits, systems, and standards that make this store run well on the easy days and the hard ones
Do your part to keep operations simple — if something's creating friction, help figure out a better way

You don't need A buying background or a fashion degree. We'll train you on everything technical. What we can't train is taste, people skills, attitude, and work ethic.
