Retail Merchandiser

Role Summary The Retail Merchandiser is responsible for leading our retail rollout, closely collaborating with retail and operations teams. The Retail Merchandiser is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our retail partners at physical stores and ensuring our products are presented in a way that optimizes the customer experience and are presented according to our brand values. Main Responsibilities Collaborating with retail partners to create and implement a visual merchandising strategy for multiple stores Creating both product knowledge and visual merchandising guidelines Managing merchandising implementations in multiple stores as we expand our retail footprint Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations and retail partners. Providing on-going training to retail partner store staff highlighting differences and benefits of different products Tracking key performance indicators by store and retailer to measure revenue performance as well as customer interactions with products Identifying and suggesting new in-store campaigns based on seasonality, location and retail partner events Proposing new ideas to increase sales of products in stores including stocking at the local level. Liaise and brainstorm with company management to share feedback about in-store customer experiences and identify new opportunities Qualification: A Bachelor's degree and at least 5-7 years of experience in retail and merchandising Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser and/or Retail Manager Established experience working in a regional capacity managing multiple retail locations, start- up experience is a plus Strategic mind who’s passionate about exploring ways to optimize merchandising for different locations and retail partners Experience being the customer advocate and understanding how to delight customers when they interact with in-store products Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
