As our Retail Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of that experience. You’ll lead the showroom with warmth, confidence, and impeccable taste while helping clients discover pieces they’ll love for years to come. You’ll support our growing e-commerce business, but your greatest impact will be the relationships you build face-to-face.
What You’ll Do
● Create an exceptional customer experience that feels personal, elevated, and genuine.
● Lead the daily operations of our furniture, fashion, and lifestyle showroom.
● Build lasting relationships with clients through authentic hospitality and thoughtful service.
● Style furniture, fashion, accessories, and décor into inspiring lifestyle moments.
● Partner with our design and construction teams to create a seamless client journey.
● Support online orders and ensure our digital customers experience the same level of care as those who visit the showroom.
● Keep the showroom fresh, beautifully merchandised, and visually compelling.
● Coordinate inventory, special orders, and vendor relationships.
● Host private shopping appointments, community events, and brand experiences.
● Serve as a gracious ambassador for our brand both inside and outside the showroom.

Qualifications
● 3+ years of retail management or leadership experience, preferably in furniture, fashion, or lifestyle retail.
● Proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
● Strong visual merchandising and styling skills.
● Experience managing inventory, vendor relationships, and special orders.
● Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes.
● Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and during peak retail seasons.
● Passion for design, fashion, and creating memorable in-store experiences.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding talent, dedication, and the ability to create exceptional experiences.
● Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
● Commission & Bonus Structure: Performance-based commission on showroom sales, along with quarterly bonuses tied to team and individual goals.
