We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and driven Retail Manager & Buyer to lead our Magazine Street and Metairie Road stores and help shape the future of our expanding retail brand.
We design and manufacture our own clothing and accessories right here in New Orleans, creating elevated products inspired by the culture, style, and spirit of the city. Our mission is simple: deliver the very best of New Orleans to both visitors and locals through thoughtfully curated retail experiences.

What You’ll Do - As our Retail Manager & Buyer, you’ll play a major role in both the day-to-day success and long-term growth of both stores.
Responsibilities Include:
Curating and purchasing inventory that aligns with our brand and customer demandIdentifying emerging trends and exciting new productsLeading and motivating the retail team to deliver an exceptional customer experienceMaintaining high standards in merchandising, operations, and visual presentationImplementing creative sales initiatives and growth strategiesManaging overall store performance and operationsTraining and developing employees to maximize individual and team successCoordinating inventory and supply needs with the operations departmentEnsuring the store is always stocked, organized, and operating smoothlyWhat We’re Looking For - Qualifications & Skills
