Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager with all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve store goals and deliver excellent customer service
Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to maintain optimal staffing levels
Ensure high standards of merchandising and visual presentation throughout the store
Buy and price gently used clothing and accessories in accordance with company guidelines
Uphold operational policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures
Communicate daily and weekly goals to the team and monitor progress toward objectives
Step into the Store Manager role as needed during their absence
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
Capable of frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting
Able to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and visually inspect merchandise
Available to work 40 hours per week, including at least 2 nights and rotating weekends
Ability to drive during assigned shifts to perform banking functions as needed
