Job Title: Retail Leadership Opportunity About the Role: As a Co-Manager at Windsor Fashions, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. You will coach and motivate a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect. Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales to ensure the overall success of the store • Analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into behaviors • Organize and plan in detail to get the job done • Develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees • Support the Store Manager in finding the right talent Requirements: • At least 1 year of retail management experience • Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team • Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings • Flexible and reliable schedule
