Retail Leadership Director

As a Retail Leadership Director, you will be responsible for the strategic management and oversight of all operational areas delegated by the Store Manager. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume full leadership of the store, ensuring seamless operations. In the Store Manager's absence, oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure adherence to Company standards. • Associate Development & Relations: Participate actively in the recruitment, hiring, training, and development of non-exempt associates. Ensure all personnel policies and procedures are followed and assist with associate relations issues, escalating incidents to the Store Manager or District Manager as necessary.
