RETAIL KEYHOLDER

Our client is a luxury retailer in outerwear! With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering the best, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Retail Keyholder for the upcoming holiday season. The Retail Keyholder will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning, manage a team of enthusiastic retail associates, and contribute to the success of the store. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations Lead and motivate a team of seasonal retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service Ensure store displays are visually appealing and merchandise is well-stocked and organized Assist in staff scheduling and allocation of tasks to meet seasonal demands Train and onboard seasonal staff members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and company policies Monitor inventory levels and assist in the replenishment process Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement and execute seasonal promotions and marketing initiatives Uphold company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety measures Assist in maintaining a clean and safe store environment We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
