As a part-time Sales Lead, you will support leading and motivating our boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and in turn, drive results. This position is a great way to gain leadership experience and grow your retail skills including: • Assisting the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the Boutique Team.
