As a Retail Field Operations Leader, you will step into a pivotal supervisory role within our store leadership team. Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills with full fluency in English.Previous experience in a supervisory role or a high-volume customer service environment is highly preferred.Comfortable using retail technology, including point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.Competent in performing fundamental retail math for cash handling and reporting.Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evening shifts and weekends.Physical stamina to remain active on the sales floor for the duration of a shift, including the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and utilize store equipment like ladders and rolling racks.Benefits:

Operational Oversight: Act as the Manager on Duty, handling store opening/closing procedures and ensuring the security of the building, cash office, and entry points.Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Retail Associates, managing break schedules and providing real-time coaching to maintain high productivity.Safety & Security: Champion a "safety first" culture by monitoring for hazards, conducting EAS system checks, and following emergency protocols.Merchandising Excellence: Lead the processing of new shipments, oversee floor moves, and ensure all departments meet company presentation and "size-and-color" standards.Front End Management: Speed up the "treasure hunt" for customers by managing checkout lines, approving refunds/voids, and training staff on efficient scanning techniques.Loss Prevention: Minimize inventory shrinkage through active customer engagement, package inspections, and maintaining integrity in all financial transactions.Administrative Support: Assist the Store Manager with payroll processing, punch edits, and ensuring financial deposits are completed accurately and on time.Brand Stewardship: Ensure the store remains clean and easy to shop while modeling professional conduct and dress code for the entire team.
