Retail Field Leader

As a Retail Field Leader, you'll be a key part of the Store Leadership team, accountable for managing a specific area of the store and overseeing general operations as the Manager on Duty. • Uphold safety as the top priority, maintaining high visibility on the sales floor for a secure shopping environment and immediately addressing or reporting unsafe conditions. • Maintain a high standard of Customer Service, treating all Customers and Associates with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. • Ensure all Associates adhere to the Company Dress Code and uphold the professional Store Brand. • Perform various Administrative duties as assigned by the Store Manager, such as adherence to cash pull and bank deposit policies, payroll administration (punch edits, scheduling compliance), and Front End control.
