French Cuff Boutique is a thoughtfully curated women’s fashion destination in Houston, known for elevated style, personal connection, and refined service. With locations in West University, Tanglewood, Town & Country, and River Oaks, we create a boutique experience where women feel confident, seen, and beautifully styled.
Work days at French Cuff are lively, engaging, and full of opportunity. We are seeking experienced Stylists who genuinely enjoy that rhythm — and who bring both polish and sales drive to the floor.
The Opportunity
We are hiring both Full-Time & Part-Time Stylists who want flexible hours while remaining deeply committed to performance and client experience.
This role is ideal for a seasoned retail professional who:
Loves the energy of busy selling daysFinds fulfillment in building client relationshipsTakes pride in personal sales resultsBrings reliability and professionalism to every shift
Schedule Expectations
Weekday and weekend shiftsAvailability for at least three weekends per month Rotating Saturdays (open 10a–5p) and Sundays (open 12p–5p at select location)Typical full-day shift: approximately 9:30a–5:15p
What You’ll Do
Deliver personalized, elevated styling experiences that build confidenceDrive individual sales goals and contribute meaningfully to store performanceBuild and maintain an active client book through thoughtful outreach and follow-upLead strong fitting room experiences with natural confidence and warmthOpen and close the store (excluding keyholder responsibilities)Handle transactions, returns, and daily operational responsibilities with careMaintain a polished and inviting store environmentBalance sales energy with professionalism and grace
This is a sales-forward role. Our Stylists are expected to show up prepared, engaged, and motivated to style head-to-toe with expertise.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
2+ years of fashion retail experience requiredBoutique or luxury experience preferredProven strength in fitting room conversion and personal sellingComfort with client outreach and CRM engagement

Compensation & Benefits
