Tootsies–Dallas is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Stylist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative sales professional with a genuine enthusiasm for fashion and luxury retail. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that requires qualified candidates to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and evening events.
As a Stylist at Tootsies, you will:
Greet and acknowledge all customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.Assist and balance multiple customers simultaneously, providing exceptional service.Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.Participate in and support store events.Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients.Contribute to the overall success of the team and store.
Qualifications:
3+ years of previous sales experience; luxury environment preferred.Previous experience working in a commissioned sales environment.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele.Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly demeanor are essential.Maintain a fashionable, styled appearance each day.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
