Tootsies-Houston is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Stylist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative sales professional with a genuine enthusiasm for fashion and luxury retail. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that requires qualified candidates to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and evening events.
As a Stylist at Tootsies, you will:
Greet and acknowledge all customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.Provide personalized styling advice and wardrobe consultations tailored to clients’ needs.Recommend fashion pieces that reflect current trends and individual client preferences.Assist and balance multiple customers simultaneously, providing exceptional service.Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.Participate in and support store events.Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients.Contribute to the overall success of the team and store.
Qualifications:
3+ years of previous sales and fashion styling experience; luxury environment preferred.Previous experience working in a commissioned sales environment.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele.Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly demeanor are essential.Maintain a fashionable, styled appearance each day.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
