Retail Fashion Sales Associate

We're currently looking for a Sales Associate to join The Canyon team. The Sales Associate’s responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs and recommend the best styling solutions, meet our sales goals and maintain the store’s visual appearance, high standards and vibe. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, friendliness and authenticity • Remain knowledgeable about our product offerings • Go the extra mile to meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis • Process point of sale purchases (Shopify experience is a plus) • Handle returns of merchandise • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities, adjusting the store’s visual merchandising when appropriate, social media ideas, etc.) • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate Sales Representative or similar role (2+ years preferred) • A positive, friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus • Basic understanding of sales principles, customer service practices and market dynamics and requirements • Hands-on experience with POS transactions • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner • Availability to work flexible shifts • A passion for styling and fashion reflective of our image and vision • Proficiency in English and basic math • High school degree.
