Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. MUST have a minimum 5 yrs past experience in retail sales in apparel, shoes, and/or accessories in order to be considered. Responsibilities • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards • Maintain a fully stocked store • Ascertain customers needs and wants • Recommend and display items that match customer needs and support multiple sales • Welcome and greet every customer • Manage point-of-sale processes • Keep up to date with product information • Accurately describe product features and benefits • Follow all companies policies and procedures Skills • Must have proven working experience in retail sales in apparel, shoes, and/or accessories to be considered for the position • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices • Track record of over-achieving sales quota • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service focus • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality • Basic administration skills • High school degree or higher • Computer literacy with ability to quickly learn the point of sales system and navigate different functions Job Type: Full-time
