As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, promoting our products effectively, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets. Your role will involve greeting customers warmly, engaging in conversations to provide excellent service, guiding customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products, and actively promoting our Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives. • Engage with customers to provide information about our fashion trends, stories, and products.
