Role OverviewCounter Manager
As a Counter Manager, you'll guide a vibrant team of Beauty Advisors while overseeing the operations of a specific cosmetics brand. This role harmonizes leadership, creativity, and customer interaction through personalized consultations, expert product application, and understanding clients' beauty and style choices.
You'll drive teamwork to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction by forging meaningful, lasting relationships. By focusing on client development, you'll nurture a loyal client base through outreach, follow-up, and consistent personalized service.You'll not only achieve sales targets but also analyze business performance, execute vendor events and promotions, and collaborate with vendors and store management to help grow the business. You'll manage stock presentation, hygiene standards, and team performance to ensure a polished brand experience.

Review sales goals, stay informed about new products, and lead with confidence to offer exemplary service.Be active on the floor by offering genuine hospitality, engaging with customers, and initiating friendly conversations to create enduring relationships.Maintain an inviting shopping space with clean, well-stocked testers, up-to-date signage and pricing, and displays that meet brand standards.Guide the team to finish strong by promoting loyalty benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and ending interactions with heartfelt thank-yous.Service begins with teamwork. Model collaboration, honesty, and support to better serve both customers and communities.Strive for excellence by improving daily, taking pride in work, and learning from peers to achieve individual and store goals.

Essential Physical TasksThis role involves speaking, lifting, frequent movement, standing, and reaching.Requires standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting 25lbs+, stooping, kneeling, and ladder climbing.Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustmentFrequent use of technology like computers and registers
