Responsibilities • Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals • Assist in recruiting and hiring high-caliber employees • Train and develop a successful sales team • Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to staff • Supervise daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager • Manage Loss Prevention practices when needed • Effectively communicate store needs to the management team • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner • Promote a fun and full-service experience for customers • Handle bank deposits and open/close the store Experience Requirements • Prior management experience in a retail setting preferred • 6-12 months of retail sales experience Living and working in Baton Rouge provides a well-rounded lifestyle that supports both personal and professional growth.
