Your Role:

As a full-time Windsor Co-Manager, you will be the right hand to the Store Manager, helping drive our mission within the store. Together, you will work on achieving productivity goals related to sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth by fostering brand loyalty and delivering an exceptional omni-channel customer experience.Assist in recruiting and retaining top talent while ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Plan meticulously to maintain operational excellence and compliance with payroll and store procedures.Prioritize training and development, leading by example to improve team performance.Uphold integrity by adhering to company policies and procedures.Maintain a visually appealing store in line with Windsor's merchandising standards.Champion our company culture by demonstrating respect, care, and ownership in all interactions.What Sets You Apart:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management.Proven track record of effective leadership and team development for a group of up to 25 employees.Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer and associate concerns as they arise.Effective communication skills, both in groups and one-on-one.Open to feedback with a commitment to continuous improvement.Flexible and reliable work schedule.What We Offer:

The position requires frequent standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. Candidates must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. Responsibilities include accessing all areas of the store (including the sales floor, stock area, and register area), operating store equipment, climbing ladders, and handling merchandise or supplies (weighing 0-25 pounds). Flexibility to work varied hours and days is necessary to oversee store operations.
