Why You Matter:

As a full-time Windsor Co-Manager, you will be the right hand to the Store Manager, helping to drive our mission forward. Your role is vital in achieving store productivity, focusing on sales, shrinkage, payroll, and expenses. Supporting and motivating a high-performing team, you will ensure that every team member is treated with dignity and respect.

Your Responsibilities:

Drive Business Success: As part of the sales leadership team, you will boost sales and cultivate brand loyalty by delivering a memorable experience for every customer. You are skilled at analyzing key performance indicators and translating data into actionable strategies.Talent Management: Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and recruit exceptional talent, expanding the talent pool through networking. You will ensure a remarkable onboarding experience that aligns with the company’s retention goals.Organizational Excellence: You thrive on meticulous planning and organization. You'll effectively analyze reports to ensure payroll compliance and operational efficiency, creating a welcoming environment for customers.Lead and Inspire: A strong advocate for team development, you prioritize training and mentoring. You lead by example, promote clear communication, and nurture a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and recognition.Ethical Practices: Uphold integrity by adhering to all Windsor policies and procedures as a foundational principle of your role.Store Presentation: In partnership with the Store Manager, maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store meets Windsor's presentation guidelines, always keeping it tidy and inviting.Cultural Ambassador: Embrace and promote Windsor's values in every action, fostering an atmosphere of respect, care, and commitment.What Makes You Stand Out:

At least one year of retail management experience.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.Adept at resolving issues quickly for both customers and staff.Strong communication skills for effective interactions in various settings.Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.Flexible and reliable with your schedule.What We Offer:

This role requires frequent standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. Must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. Responsibilities involve accessing all store areas, operating necessary equipment, climbing ladders, and moving merchandise weighing from 0-25 pounds. Must be available to work varied hours and days to oversee store operations. The work environment is fast-paced and the indoor temperature may vary.
