Job Summary:

As a Retail Co-Manager, you will oversee all store operations, focusing on boosting profitability and minimizing loss. Your leadership will guide the team to meet both sales goals and operational excellence. We are looking for someone who values teamwork and customer satisfaction above all.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply and coach the team on effective sales techniques.Meet personal sales goals and drive company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.Delegate daily operational tasks effectively.Assist in training new employees and managing staffing needs.Ensure compliance with all company policies and guidelines.Uphold high visual merchandising standards.Handle deposits and maintain key control.Contribute to a safe and inviting shopping environment.Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.Core Values:

At least 1 year of retail management experience or 6 months at Windsor.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team of up to 25 employees.A proven track record of resolving customer and employee issues effectively.Excellent communication skills, both individually and in group settings.Physical Demands:

This role requires frequent standing, walking, observing, and communicating. You will need to lift and move merchandise, generally weighing up to 25 pounds, and navigate all areas of the store, including the selling floor and stock area. The environment is fast-paced, and temperatures may vary.
