Responsibilities of Retail Clothing Specialist:

Improves the athlete's experience by engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and creating a top-tier athlete experience, presenting clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and selection. Foreseeing the athlete's needs, boosting sales through recommendations, and possessing a strong understanding of athlete requirements.Assists with the orientation and training of new and ongoing team members (as a subject matter authority in their store area) by highlighting best practices, exceptional selling capabilities, and key operational methods. Functions as a key expert in designated process areas to ensure seamless execution and optimal productivity.Demonstrates the ability to execute processes efficiently and effectively while prioritizing the athlete's well-being; ensures that products are ready for athletes to buy and athletes are engaged in the manner that best suits them.Abides by specified floor set arrangements, signage mandates, price modifications, inventory presentation, restocking standards, etc., to uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.Supports and encourages customers to take part in company initiatives such as loyalty programs, warranty sales, and signing up for private label credit cards.Nurtures a store environment characterized by inclusivity and respectful interactions between all individuals, be it coworkers or sports enthusiasts, following established safety, loss prevention, and operational guidelines, in addition to the regulations set forth by external governing bodies.Qualifications of Retail Clothing Specialist:
