Retail Clothing Lead Sales Associate – Thrift Store

New Nearly New Thrift Shop is seeking a Retail Clothing Lead Associate with previous clothing retail pricing and leadership experience. This position is ideal for someone who has worked in a thrift store, consignment shop, boutique, or clothing department and enjoys sorting merchandise, identifying brands, merchandising apparel, and helping customers find quality items. High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of retail clothing brands required Minimum one year of retail clothing store experience required Thrift store experience preferred Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment Creative problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to maintain composure under pressure Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude Leadership qualities are a plus Experience Minimum of 3 years of clothing retail experience is required.
