Responsibilities • Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the customer is always the priority. • Serve as a liaison between designated vendors and the personal stylists and the store leadership team. • Be proficient in Macy's point of sale systems and company devices to wrap up sales in a warm celebratory fashion. Requirements • Demonstrate ability to build relationships and convert customers into clients. • Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team; must have excellent time management skills.
