Responsibilities • Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns and other transactions • Deliver high quality customer service and listen to customer needs • Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor by straightening, light cleaning and restocking • Support other store areas including order fulfillment and order pick up • Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to advise customers • Build customer relationships by informing them about events, gift cards and rewards • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
