Retail - Business Manager, Store Management

The mission of the Store Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class experiences Aritzia is growing and our Store Management Department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for flawlessly executing as well as educating on Store Management, Merchandising, and Operations in order to drive the business in a remote market. • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
