This role involves overseeing store activities, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Lead and supervise store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing training and performance feedback Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, merchandising, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities Conduct recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation for new staff members Develop marketing strategies to increase store visibility and customer engagement Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; uphold store appearance through merchandising and stocking standards Manage shift scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours Foster a positive shopping environment through excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational skills Previous management experience in retail or boutique environments with supervising responsibilities Strong background in retail sales, team management, inventory control, and merchandising Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities effectively Proven ability to handle customer service issues professionally while maintaining store standards Job Type: Part-time Work Location: In person
