Retail Store Manager/Retail Sales Managers Job Responsibilities
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Supervise and motivate sales staff. Meet pre-determined revenue goals.
Schedules, inventories.
Maintain store appearance
Create a positive friendly environment.
Skills and Qualifications
Customer Focus, Results Driven.
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a retail store manager / retail sales manager is required
Management Proficiency, Client Relationships, Verbal Communication.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
