L.L.Bean is searching for the Retail Associate Store Manager to lead the Visual Merchandising of our NEWEST RETAIL STORE coming to The Promenade Shops At Briargate in Colorado Springs, CO. At L.L.Bean, we’re growing and expanding our retail footprint as we bring new brick-and-mortar stores to more communities across the country, including our newest location in Colorado Springs. Employees are expected to be active participants in health and safety by following all safety policies and procedures, reporting unsafe conditions or at-risk behaviors to leadership, and conducting work in a safe manner. Education Level: 2-Year Associates Degree Years of Experience: 3+ Skills and Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent with at least 3+ years of retail management experience in relevant traffic and volume Retailer Store visual leadership experience with an apparel retailer is a must Experience in all aspects of Retail leadership, service, operations, floor sets and visual merchandising Strong business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and service goals Proven leadership skills with the capability of developing and motivating employees Established time management and organizational skills Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Capable of building strong partnerships and working collaboratively to achieve goals Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitude Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays L.L.Bean is for everyone, and we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
