L.L.Bean is searching for the Retail Associate Store Manager to lead the Visual Merchandising of our NEWEST RETAIL STORE coming to The Promenade Shops At Briargate in Colorado Springs, CO. Skills and Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent with at least 3+ years of retail management experience in relevant traffic and volume RetailerStore visual leadership experience with an apparel retailer is a mustExperience in all aspects of Retail leadership, service, operations, floor sets and visual merchandisingStrong business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and service goalsProven leadership skills with the capability of developing and motivating employeesEstablished time management and organizational skillsDemonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsCapable of building strong partnerships and working collaboratively to achieve goalsAbility to maintain a high level of enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitudeAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
