Retail Associate Store Manager - Head of Visual Merchandising & Product

L.L.Bean is searching for a Retail Associate Store Manager to lead the visual merchandising execution for our store located in the Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach, VA. This Associate Store Manager of Visual Merchandising drives department performance through quick reaction to business performance, ensures delivery of the legendary L.L.Bean customer experience for an outdoor lifestyle concept retail store, and promotes the company's core values of Outdoor Heritage, Integrity, Service, Respect, Perseverance and Safe and Healthy Living to ensure the integrity of the brand, culture and mission of L.L.Bean is upheld at all times. Employees are expected to be active participants in health and safety by following all safety policies and procedures, reporting unsafe conditions or at-risk behaviors to leadership, and conducting work in a safe manner. Skills and Qualifications: • Associate's degree or equivalent with at least 3+ years of retail management experience in relevant traffic and volume Retailer • Store visual leadership experience with an apparel retailer is a must • Experience in all aspects of Retail leadership, service, operations and visual merchandising • Strong business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and service goals • Proven leadership skills with the capability of developing and motivating employees • Established time management and organizational skills • Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Capable of building strong partnerships and working collaboratively to achieve goals • Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitude • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays L.L.Bean is for everyone, and we are committed to fostering a culture of belonging.
