Responsibilities include the following: Working in our store on Magazine Street Selling merchandise to customers Preparing packaging Fulfilling both phone and online orders, when necessary Re-merchandising and organizing the store, as needed Transferring inventory between stores, as needed Working retail markets, when necessary Preferred skills include: An outgoing, self-motivated, and engaging personality Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure brand loyalty Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment A high-energy, personable, and reliable disposition Close attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Charisma, dedication, and a strong work-ethic Flexible schedule to fit the business’ ever changing needs Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
