RETAIL ASSOCIATE, SEASONAL - Fashion

Adecco Creative & Marketing is looking for part time Retail Associates for seasonal hire for one of the largest fashion conglomerates in the industry. In this position you will be supporting the customer experience and completing operational tasks to assist in achieving the store’s sales plan. Complete daily operational tasks; including shipment, order fulfillment, stockroom organization, inventory management, and bringing/returning product to/from sales floor Maintain overall cleanliness and standards on the selling floor and in the stockroom Demonstrate a strong communication, adaptability, and flexibility to change based on needs of business Ensure Visual Guidelines are properly executed and maintained on the sales floor at all times Support floor moves Execute all types of operational tasks as assigned Strong communication skills; both oral and written Excellent organization and attention to detail Knowledge of POS, Microsoft office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS) Ability to execute at a fast pace Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom; climbing, bending and kneeling are required Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers Ability to meet Scheduling & Availability Expectations; including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment preferred High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adeccousa.com/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
