Retail Associate - Nashville

We are looking for a motivated, organized, upbeat, seasoned, and savvy retail associate! This position is ideal for a person interested in growing with our luxury western brand, and has an appreciation for handmade Western apparel and culture. This position is for a candidate with a retail background that understands that technology and hybrid acquisition/retention of customers is equally important to survive and thrive. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Acquire detailed knowledge of inventory and products Process POS purchases Handle shipping and returns of merchandise Comply with inventory control procedures Maintain store organization and displays Maintain, clean, and organize store, storage and office Occasionally run errands and perform deliveries Manage exciting wholesale accounts and solicit new parnternships with botiques Luxury retail experience required High-touch customer service experience Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Hands-on experience with POS transactions Familiarity with inventory procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner Availability to work flexible shifts Ability to lift heavy boxes Interest in high quality, handmade western wear Shopify, inventory management software, and Google Suite knowledge a plus
