This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for flawlessly delivering on Sales, Floor, Business, and People Management to exceed daily business goals, while leading, educating, and developing a high performing and engaged store roster. • To seamlessly own or escalate the invisible details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations that enable an exceptional shopping experience • To manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of the business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
