Your Importance

As a Retail Assistant Supervisor at Windsor, you play a crucial role in our store leadership team. Partnering with the Store Manager, you will help drive our mission, achieving productivity in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. Your efforts will focus on motivating and coaching a team of passionate Stylists, fostering an environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

Your Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: You excel in driving sales and brand loyalty, offering an engaging experience for customers both in-store and online.Talent Acquisition: You assist in identifying and securing top talent, fostering connections to ensure a strong talent pool, and provide exceptional onboarding to support retention.Organizational Skills: With meticulous attention to detail, you plan effectively to optimize daily operations and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.Team Development: You collaborate with the Store Manager to train and supervise team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through recognition and constructive feedback.Integrity: You uphold Windsor’s policies and procedures, ensuring ethical practices in all aspects of your leadership role.Store Presentation: You play a pivotal role in maintaining a visually appealing store by adhering to the Windsor Merchandising Directive and making informed merchandising decisions.Cultural Ambassador: You embody and promote Windsor's values daily, fostering a work environment centered on respect, care, ownership, and dedication.Your Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in retail management.Demonstrated leadership ability with a knack for developing and motivating a team of up to 25 employees.Strong problem-solving skills to address issues promptly for customers and associates.Effective communication skills, both one-on-one and in group settings.Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.A flexible, reliable schedule, including availability for opening and closing shifts.What We Offer

Work within a fast-paced environment with varying indoor temperature conditions is expected.
