Assist in the management of the retail store and the supervision of store associates.Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store.Collaborate with team leaders on setting and achieving team-specific goals.Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store.Open and close store as directed.Manage Inventory – Ensure that stock is properly displayed. This includes managing the receiving process and handling customer returns.Drive Sales- Implementing promotional campaigns-Giving staff financial goals and sales targets to meet on a scheduled basisUnderstand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.Ensure Customer Satisfaction and have a positive shopping experience. This includes addressing customers’ complaints, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to improve service.Remain composed in the face of challenges and unforeseen circumstances.Provide leadership or assistance with floor sets, window changes, and other merchandising and visual expectations.Maintain Store appearance: Ensuring that the Store is clean, organized and visually appealing is crucial. Managers are responsible for visual merchandising creating and inviting atmosphere for customers.Assist store manager in all other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisors or home office.Skills
