Supervise and support a team of 6-15 retail staffConduct weekly inventory audits to maintain stock accuracyMonitor and report on monthly sales targets performanceAssist customers to enhance satisfaction and resolve conflictsManage cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) operationsCreate staff schedules and coordinate periodic training sessionsOversee merchandising and ensure proper product displaysGenerate and submit operational reports to Store and Regional Managers
Required Qualifications
