You will bring:

A minimum of 2-3 years fashion retail management experience in a high-volume store
Ability to drive sales and profitability
A strong leader who can inspire and motivate a team
A true commitment to making customers happy and treating all employees with respect
Proven visual merchandising skills
Champion the coaching and development of all employees
Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences
Phenomenal communication skills
A personal drive to succeed
Ability to lift at least 50lbs
