Lead & Support the Team

Motivate and guide a team of sales associates, helping them deliver exceptional customer service from opening day onward.
Train, coach, and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
Identify and mentor high-potential employees to support future leadership roles.
Supervise staff and address employee issues professionally, escalating to leadership
Contribute to sales-driving strategies that grow revenue and profitability
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
Maintain high service standards to ensure the store becomes a trusted, go-to destination.

Store Operations & Execution

Support daily store operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall organization.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety procedures, and mall regulations
Help create effective store schedules that meet business needs during peak periods such as holidays, weekends, and promotions.
Implement brand and corporate initiatives, ensuring smooth communication with leadership and other stores in the chain.
Enforce workplace safety, security, and compliance standards from day one.
Maintain up-to-date training and refresher programs for all staff.

Qualifications

1–2 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both customers and team
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to set a positive example for the team.

Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays!

Pay: $20.00 per hour
