The Retail Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in supporting store operations, leading a medium-sized team of 6-15 employees to ensure smooth daily activities. This position assists with visual merchandising, oversees inventory control, and utilizes POS system reports to monitor sales. The role involves managing opening and closing duties, conducting inventory audits, scheduling staff, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
