Retail Assistant Store Manager (Part-Time) - Christopher & Banks

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing store operations to ensure great customer experience and maximum profitability. The Assistant Store Manager will perform all management functions in the absence of the Store Manager. Leads by example in driving sales plan and other KPIs with a customer first approach. • Strong organizational and retail selling skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. The individual in this role must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
