Retail Assistant Store Manager (Community)

The role of Retail Assistant Store Manager at Vuori is to help the Retail Store Manager lead the retail sales team by for example, forging connections with customers while communicating Vuori’s brand values through insightful product knowledge and a happy, optimistic outlook. Vuori is looking for an Assistant Store Manager of Community who will play a pivotal role in the success of our retail store through a focus on community excellence. As an Assistant Store Manager of Community at Vuori, you partner with the General Manager to create the community strategy for the store and you are responsible for the execution of the strategy across community initiatives. As an ASM of Community, you lead the planning and execution of community initiatives—including team sweats, in-store events, and product storytelling—that bring the Vuori brand to life while driving traffic, loyalty, and long-term growth.
