Employees are expected to be active participants in health and safety by following all safety policies and procedures, reporting unsafe conditions or at-risk behaviors to leadership, and conducting work in a safe manner. : \- Associate's degree or equivalent with at least 3+ years of retail management experience in relevant traffic and volume Retailer \- Experience in all aspects of Retail leadership, service, operations and visual merchandising \- Strong business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and service goals \- Proven leadership skills with the capability of developing and motivating employees \- Established time management and organizational skills \- Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills \- Capable of building strong partnerships and working collaboratively to achieve goals \- Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitude \- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
