As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you play a pivotal role in our store leadership team. Working alongside the Store Manager, you help drive our core mission and take charge of achieving store productivity in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. Your leadership will motivate a high-performing team of fashion-forward Stylists, treating everyone with dignity and respect.

What you will do:

Drive Sales: Collaborate with our sales-directing team to enhance sales and ensure the overall success of the store. As the 'Host of the Party', build brand loyalty by creating an omni-channel Oasis experience for every customer.Find and Retain Talent: Assist the Store Manager in recruiting the best talent. Build a strong network to ensure a diverse talent pool, committed to providing an exceptional onboarding experience to retain your team.Organize and Plan: Master the motto of the right people, right place, right time. Efficiently plan and execute daily operations to maintain a welcoming environment for customers.Lead People: Partner with the Store Manager to provide training and supervision for your team, leading by example and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and constructive feedback.Maintain Integrity: Uphold Windsor's policies and procedures, ensuring a culture of integrity across the team.Take Pride in Your Store: Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute Windsor's Merchandising Directive. Keep the store clean, visually appealing, and aligned with our visual guidelines while making smart merchandising decisions.Champion Culture: Embody and promote Windsor values in everything you do, fostering an atmosphere of respect, ownership, and commitment.What makes you stand out:

At least 1 year of retail management experience.Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking when addressing issues faced by customers and team members.Effective communication abilities in both group settings and individual discussions.A welcoming attitude towards feedback and eagerness for continuous improvement.A flexible and reliable schedule, including availability to open and close the store.What else you'll love:

This role requires frequent standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. Candidates must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. You should also be capable of accessing various areas of the store, operating equipment, climbing ladders, and handling merchandise weighing between 0-25 pounds, while working varied hours/days to oversee store operations. The environment is fast-paced, and indoor temperature conditions may vary.
