Simply Southern is looking to hire an Assistant Manager for our Bluegrass location, located at The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass. POSITION SUMMARY:Assistant Managers lead our stores with organization and efficiency, they fill in for the Store Manager when needed, and hold the employees accountable to all policies and procedures. and safety procedures • Contribute to the hiring of new employees • Ensure employees provides fast, friendly, and accurate service • Contribute to employee's performance reviews • Effectively handle customer issues; continuously improve audit scores • Measure customer satisfaction and execute plan to improve both satisfaction and loyalty • Ensure product quality, store cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met • Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed • Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place • Ensuring the completion and efficiency of all other processes within the store, per the managers
